In this class you'll be instructed in how to massage your baby, stimulate movement which promotes right-brain/left-brain development, and soothing techniques for helping calm your baby.

This class is for parents of newborn babies and up to about 1 year old.

Expecting parents are welcome to attend.

It can be helpful to bring a doll or stuff toy to practice on.

Demonstrations will done on the floor so be sure to bring a blanket for your baby to be set on. You are also encouraged to bring items to help keep your baby comfortable and happy during the class.
