Massage Birth Doula ~ $1200
Whether you're birthing with a lay midwife, nurse midwife, or an O.B., having a Doula throughout every stage of your pregnancy provides you with education, encouragement, and support, allowing you to have a more holistic experience.
- Free initial consult.
- 6-8 prenatal visits (1-2 hours each), Includes discussions on any pregnancy questions or concerns you my have, birth education/prep and writing birth plan.
- 24/7 Call, text, and email support throughout pregnancy.
- On-call availability for birth from 37-42 weeks.
- Continuous Massage Doula support during labor and delivery and 2-3 hours after birth support if needed.
- 2-3 Postpartum visit.
Baby Massage Class $150
A Private class for parents to learn how to connect with their new baby and comfort them through touch. The class includes a description and demonstration of a full massage with explanation on cues for length of massage and even when Baby is no longer interested in receiving touch through massage; demonstrations movement to encourage muscle and brain development, and techniques; and general explanations on reflexology points for soothing fussy Baby bellies, swaddling and cradling, and even answer nursing question.
